Crew cars could have been leveled only by assigned crew members.

Well, but how?
Crew cars probably won't be normally available for normal races but only for crew wars.

Mhm... stock Crew Rank "Mechanic"(can't be deleted) maxing car's and Lider upgrade car with cash from Crew Bank

And yes, don't avalilabe for normal race's, maybe for challenge with other Crew?(Challenge look's like U.R.L in NFS U2)

2.8 It's Pretty good. But cheapiest and lider can set mhm... 50 objects on Crew Zone and upgrade zone(biger zone and more objects [max lvl 3 of zone, 5 objects to all lvl's])

2 new very useful Ideas:

• permanent handbrake
- You take place and you don't want that somebody can push you. So you can use permament handbrake. After that your car is blocked and you can't move, and no one can push you.

• Crew taggers on map
- Just another tagger color than other cars.

• (additionaly) turning off chat sections.
- Just, when you only want to write in crew chat. And other chats you want closed because you don't like spamming or smth like that.

Too many people would block doherty, so thats not a good idea.

- A command which allows you to turn your car into non-collision mode with other vehicles (for example that moment, when you want to reset your car position [optionally SHIFT+X]). So no one can push you too.

Already in plans. There will not be any requirements or restriction tho.

Ok, so I tell you why i set here requirements for vehicles.
Because we have on server some forgotten vehicles (the most vincent VINTAGE xd or offroad), So I'm searching a solution how to make that, players can do some task but they need this car to complete it.

Vincent is really good tho. A lot of players have chosen vincent for tournament. Also a lot of new players choose it. I get your point, but still i don't think this is good idea.

Alright, lol.

Both classes are real issue. I'm not sure what could make them playable again, but I'm 100% sure this wouldn't help and make people pissed off. We could increase rewards while racing unmaxed vintage or suv class, or something. This topic needs a separate thread tbh.
