Well, I first wanted to write some salty joke before speaking about my actual opinion, but seeing the amount of people saying NO by now I guess that'd really be out of place.
Now, for obvious reasons I don't know how does yokou behave in polish chat, but in global chat he seems like a nice person who can have some fun but also maintain serious if he's required to. I also can say that he's an oldfag who's here from early days, thus, having a lot of experience in terms of rules and general server information knowledge, which is a nice bonus if you ask me.
Final decision stands with admins of course, but imo, I'd give him a chance.
