It shows that when someone else is in your account if I remember correct.

You should send a screenshot of an error you get
It’s either that and most likely that if the main message of a popup is „error” or wrong login/pass or account may not even exist in the database.
Still, better sight into your issue with an image would really help with solvin that so we’re waitin
