I reinstalled my pc and now I can't login to my profile it writes: write your profile name correctly. But I remembered and I writed down my password and usernamebut it writes the same like a week.

check recover password, pick ''no'' when it asks you ''was your in-game account connected with website account?''
also pretty sure account name / password doesn't support some of keyboard symbols on the top row
