I like the route, but i think some arrows need fixing because it would look ugly with them cutting into each other (0:05 for example).
Also think of a different name because business makes you think fancy suits and rich buildings, this is more industrial
make fixes and you can send me map.

The name can be "Sleeping quarter" or something similar
