I don't know. To me it seems extremely overdecorated.

Didn't have any other option to make it. But if you think it's overdecorated I'll try to delete some of the unnecessary objects and post the newer version
Here we go:
- Removed big store and a few houses around the motel.
- Deleted the garages at the gas station.
- Removed the houses near the gas station and brought back the original building.
- Removed the building near the bridge to Rockshore East.
- Stadium, Club and na Office removed from around the bayside.
- Removed Little Garden with wooden fences around the bayside.
- Removed the scaffolding and a phone pole in the shortcut hall.
*Note - You can't blow your car up at the gas station (tested).

Looks much better, you can send it over. Keep in mind I will remove some cars to improve performance.
