In my opinion, I played enough and have experience on the server, so I want to help players and monitor the order on the server

The application isn't really convincing. It's pretty short and your english skills aren't good enough to communicate n a proper way with the team members or the rest of the server.
Also I haven't seen any activities in the chat and can't really remember mature behavior.
