How much free time do you have to moderate server?: Near to 3-6+ hours.
What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?: Warn -> Mute(if (s)he don't understand).
What do you when someone starts insulting other players?: Mute.
Do you have any experience (if yes, describe): I was the adm. in SAMP, I don't think it's that hard.
Which language channel can you moderate?: Russian, Global.
Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words):
I'm tired of the daily race's and money-making. Well, I think that at the moderator's post I can increase my interest in server.
I am restrained, kind and cheerful person, it's almost impossible to make me angry, so I want to propose myself as a moderator.
I will help other players (as usual), warn and punish intruders.
When I will pass my exams, I will be able to spend more time on server and accordingly can help other players more activily.
That's all, I have nothing more to say.

I'm on his side. By being with him in crew, I can say that he must be good on mod's post. Also, the fact that he's mature makes a big sense, 'cuz by having a nerves of steel.

I remember a lot childish and selfish behavior when I met you back in January, but I guess you changed a lot and the application seems to be serious and your English skills are good enough to communicate with the majority of the community and the administration team. I would give you a chance and hope that you will do a good job and be very actively ingame.
