What happened : So my internet just crashed when I was in URL, and it's unfair because I did not want to leave.
I want go into special URL, so it's just that.

You have to make sure your connection is stable when doing URL races. These tournaments are more important than normal races, so you shouldn't enter them with an unstable connection.

URL bans are automatically given by system. So you have to wait until bartekPL answers, but I don't think that you have some chances to get unbanned.
