Hello,
My suggestion is about polish players. Let's give 30min mute for players who non-stop type: "Lucek niszczy ten serwer(Lucek destroy this server)" or "Przez lucka serwer schodzi na psy", because if they don't like new players, they don't must play on this server. If they hate new players or player "MowPoLucku" on chat, they destroy this server atmosphere(niszczą atmosfere).

It's right he brought a very important ammount of people, but everyone needs to think about the fact that the server is open to EVERYONE, that's the major things, everyone can play this server, so even if they are hating, the need to positivate because it won't change.
