I don't got BBS 4

Hello so i got unlocked the BBS 2 rims set and it starts with BBS 5 and not BBS 4... So i have BBS 3 and BBS 5 but no BBS 4. I mean it doesn't bother me so much but it's weird.

BBS 4 (M3 GTR rim) isn't unlockable anymore.

It was unlockable via the gift package placed on top of Los Santos Stadium.

But in this post it shows m3 gtr wheel as part of bbs 2 pack (so i guessed it was a bug or something that i dont got it)
