Adding ABS to various vehicles.

Hi! I've noticed a major problem that is making the game unplayable. Most cars from class C+ dont have ABS system at race or pro brakes, which allows to brake without blocking the wheels as most of you obviously know. In my opinion, it needs to be tweaked. So far the list of cars which seem to lack in ABS:

-Sultan
-Vincent
-Sentinel
-Primo

The ABS-less gameplay is completely playable with gamepad, but according to that most players are using keyboard, Its a wrong way to go.
Also pad players have difficult life; without a proper camera following the car or first-person either Hood-view. Take it to the consideration, seriously admins. Thank you!

Brakes in SA have 2 states: wheel lock and no brakes. So, there's not much of what you can do.
