This game isnt that beautiful as you think, and 70% of the cover is the car on the ground.

Magazines on UG2 based on important people (like sponsors, magazine authors, etc) you had to drive to some location quickly, so it doesn't need to be a good looking place, but some basic diner isn't really on point either.
Finding new spots is absolutely no problem and doesn't really need suggestions. But creating new routes for Magazine-Event means to drive the route with many cars with different performance, so a time can be set as limit when driving.

First I'd like to tell you about the time thing, actually, the server has a pathfinding algorythm which chooses the faster path between two points using roads...based on distance, the time can variate in function of car's performance, not a big deal though..

but now, about the magazine thing being based on places where important people would be, it's bs...sponsors doesn't take pictures, photographers does, and gotta admit that any photographer would want to take the best picture possible, so, it is "game-lore-friendly" that photographers would be on spots which great pictures could be taken..
