не могу зайти в панель пользователя. ввожу все дание а мне пишет  Синхронизация НЕ Удалось. Неправильное имя пользователя или пароль.

You need to use server login and password in user panel, not the forum one, also, it's English board.
Both login and password are also case-sensitive.

Have you already connected this forum account to other ingame account?
You should be able to just use "wad17" as your login (if it's that, i guess yes) and your password if you haven't already connected this ingame account to other forum account.
