swearing / chat with other players to remedy things scolding spamming and other things. It would be a good fit in a normal team who do their work, not only slacker.

Your application is a little short and the opinion are from freshly created forum accounts, which are friends of you that you asked to post something, I assume.
Also your english skills aren't that good, which is important for good communication with players and the rest of the team.
