New vinyl bug

Hi, guys!
Here's another vinyl bug.

I was just painting my Hustler today, and after I finished and exited the Paint Shop I've got a weird bug: the Paint Shop texture [hovering over the red point] overlaid onto my car.

Reconnecting didn't help.
If I repaint my car, this texture disappears. But then I exit the Paint Shop and it appears again.

Thanks for the help in advance!

I've already fixed this bug by randomly updating vinyls.
Hope this thread could be useful for scripters.
