Bug url (kick)

When i finish an URL i got kick by server with reason "Invalid race connection", someone told me that the problem is my ping but my ping is 40

Problem may be with your weak PC performance.
Tell us your full PC configuration and all MTA video and NFSSA video settings.

Fixed? Because i have a good pc anyway (alienware)
