Manufacturer/After Market Vinyl Category

NFSU had a category of Vinyls called "Manufacturer" which was just that, vinyls of different manufacturer names.
This re-appeared in NFSU2, but as "After Market" which was the same thing as Manufacturer from the first game.

These are white by default, but you are able to choose whatever colour you want, like with most vinyls.

Having these in the game would be great as it would allow for richer designs, and people would have more than just 'KARIN' on their cars

Just a power of two.
Can be 512x512, 512x256 etc.
