Model variants

Hello, i've a problem with variants in my gta;sa model.
If i make a variant with rear windows half of the car is invisible through this window, how can i fix it? i tried to attach extra to separated windows, but it's not working. Any ideas?

As far as i remember if ur using ZModeler, you should remove all [tans] textures. Then add and name them again same as before and dont forget to save. Also before doing that you should make a backup file, just in case anything goes wrong.

Any ideas in 3dsmax?
