Punishtment ppl who left during race.

Hi.
Often ppl resings from RACE, if they hit something. I think that will be fair, if player leave druing gets -50 RP, -50$ and for all others  who finish race +30 RP, +50$ (if someone leave from race).

There are already RaceBans for that.
Your idea is not good. -50 RP and -50$? From one good race you can have few times more and it is nothing for most players even if we increase it.
