Ability to change in-game password and security

Would be nice to have an ability to change in-game account password. 
I've sent all the resources to a friend and now he can connect to the server using my account.

At least localdata.xml should be @private/protected, see here for more information: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Filepath
