I cant Syncronize my ingame accound with my forum account, it say Username or password wrong but it is right

Did you wrote your in-game nick & password or these here? And did you check big and small letters?

Can an Admin link my accounts? It still doesnt work.

Try to change your password ingame using /chgmypass <old> <new> command and try then.
