tbh I think that rice has different definition for everyone too
For me rice is fartcan, paper bodykits and all that all_show_no_go thingy, but there are people who thinks that every mod is rice

I just dont want ppl that have cars with parelant paint and bunch of random vinyls thrown on it, no roof, spinners etc..
