Lock the cars doors

My suggestion is a simple fix for something that happens regularly, sometimes when you crash into something your doors open, so to fix this the doors of the cars should be locked. This can be achieved with setVehicleLocked.

This function doesn't want to work here. We already tested many combinations.

Maybe this function doesn't prevent the doors from opening while crashing ?

I'm gonna test it in my local server but I'm almost 100% sure it does.

If so then it probably conflicts with another function.

That doesn't make sense at all... It's a simple function, every time a car is spawned, you gotta apply setVehicleLocked to it...

As I said I already tested it and also few other functions and combinations and don't want to work properly.
