-Try to reduce your gta graphics even lower
-set resolution to 800x600
-download game razer cortex https://www.razerzone.com/cortex (you need to create a profile if you want to use this program)

I already download and installed this program. I don't know it has virus or what ever. Can it work or I need to do something on this program?

I already do it for 1 month, not worked.
