I saw you yesterday during the night ingame. You are a friendly, patient and mature guy. I like your operational readiness and your motivation to do this job. Your timezone is also a good argument to accept you.
Some people would think it's unfair to invite such a newcomer like you, but to be honest, I would only need to show them your application, to convince them, even if the color selection is painful to the eyes while reading (because of the contrast).
To keep things fair, I would suggest to let you gain more knowledge and unlock more content in the gameplay, before you get recruited. But you wouldn't need to apply next time or better said, when you're ready.
