Please use the Global Chat ingame (on the server) to ask such questions. Press G to use it.
If you don't have 5.000 RP yet, you can also just write private messages to the staff members, use "/pm [ID or part of nick] [text]"
Also you can use the /report system to contact the staff.
Press ingame F10 -> progress, there you see a button at the top, click "Unlock new Cars" choose SUV class, and unlock Huntley. Then you see below that button such progress bars to every car you have unlocked. These red lines on it are performance points, you reach them by gaining RP with the car you drive. And you can use them in the performance shop, press M to open the map in freerun and locate it.
