Basically I totally agree with Kemosabe, although he could have written that a lot shorter and more compressed.
But I also saw that you changed your behavior in global chat at least a bit. Sure it's not perfect, as you already admitted by yourself, that you are egoistic. You should try to work on that, and I also keep my opinion about your English skills.
It's nice to see that you are trying hard to get this job, but you should do bigger improvements and better progress before actually trying again. As we talked already about it, I suggest to take some free online courses for English grammar and learn some vocabulary, so you can articulate better.
