Bring new life into NFSSA

2. Decrease rp reward from pursuits.

I've to agree, amount of rp which u gain from pursuit should be little less - no matter there is huge punishment (cash) when you're busted

3.Increase reward in races for 2nd[maybe] ,3rd and 4th place

actually rewards are good enough to feel competition of being first at finish line.

4. Organize "more" events by NFSSA team and moderators.

Well.. if i only could've more permissions.     +(hunt the stuff please! [or any other way of hide'n'seek])  

5.Add Quiz based on NFSSA rules, general tips, and tuning.

7.Decrease nuber of max laps on races for newbies.
