I recommend to keep this ENB as it was before and start working on UG one from scratch. I can't really tell much more, all I can say is look at reference images (like this one) and learn how to edit timecyc.dat. With timecyc modifications you can get much better results than when using only ENB. You can make your game look like this for example (without even using ENB).
