Bring new life into NFSSA

Pursuits are hard? oh c'mon i can get realy easly 10k rp/h. This rp reward is just too big, i get today 1,5k after 10 min, from heat 1 to heat 2. its just too much, if reward will be divided by 3, it will be around 500 rp. and its will be good for me, its litle less than rp from race... Pursuits shouldn't be rp grind machine. Pursuits should be for fun.
