Sounds not bad, could be a good idea to bring more players on the weekends.
But I would say let's wait for the URL-Update and see how it will affect the server. After that, maybe after the Dyno thing or advanced Crew Update, there would be time for other race updates like this or the Racing Challenges (which is on on-hold list (to-do) on the roadmap)
