Crew HQ? If it would be a possibility to have option between some airplane hangar, or anything like that and second option for example a mansion (TDU players will know how clubs looked like in this game), then I'm full yes.
Cars for crews? Don't know, however they could serve nice as demo cars or support when there's a battle incoming and a person has nothing comparable and there's a comparable car in crew garage.
Invitation? Good idea, but fee and inactivity are terrible ideas.
