I also have to agree with VelozTotal. You are pretty active and know a lot about the features on the server, so you could do maybe a good job. But your behavior and attitude is really bad. I often see you arguing with other users in the chat, containing provocations and making fun of other people. When you got declined last time, you behaved even worse than usually. Also you got pretty much negative feedback on your last application. Now you basically try for a second time, and the users here still didn't change their opinion about you. So, I wont vote for you. Sorry.
Besides that, you live in a different timezone than we are looking for in a second Spanish mod. We would prefer someone within European timezones (or someone that is online during these times).
