Support, Nightmare fairly did all 55 minutes of that race and imo he deserves a refund for that.

As for URL ban, it is unfair to assign it after all races are already finished, I remember few people getting MTA crash after showing final results but before getting the reward. Unfair because URL ban is supposed to be a punishment for leaving the race (others get less points = less rewards), but in this case, all players already got their respective points
