I agree with Venom. It would be cool if you could choose between a setup you created for tracks with many straight parts, and one for tracks with many turns and sharp curves.
But it shouldn't work in freerun with switching between the setups. It's kinda unrealistic and you are already in freerun, so just drive to the performance shop. It's not that much effort.
Also using the mouse wheel is a bad idea, cuz then you couldn't use the GTA radio anymore.
