Decreasing confusion for new players, so they dont ragequit the server after 1 minute

The problem is that there is to much ways to gain RP and racing is not even the best way. Thats why only those are racing, who likes to do it, not to make game progress but for fun or to beat some top times. There are no levels you can reach after meet specific requirements, and new players with weak cars and low skill can race against experienced players even if it makes no sense. The whole progress system requires improvement and some lobby changes is at least something but not enough to make a change.
