Decreasing confusion for new players, so they dont ragequit the server after 1 minute

But what new player will do on Nfssa server when only 20% of players do races, If newbie will enter server and see how hard is to find race, he will leave. Additionally, when this newbie will lose some first races and see how small amount of rp/money he get... Even beginner bonus won't help... I don't need to talk anything more
