Decreasing confusion for new players, so they dont ragequit the server after 1 minute

+ for boots, u can wait for players in custom race / quick race or not, when u press start button, all empty starting position will be filled with bots, ofc if u want [additional option in race ceration], bots will give ~10 times lower reward than normal players [also based on dificulty] It will be good also for players that want to test dyno or just to do top times.
about dificulty: easy / med / hard like time trials, and Imposible [Top of all time ghost??].
