hmm, i appreciate the idea actually, a good one.
since nerf/buff here and there which is based on performance in URL, will never break the chains of imbalance.
take it simpler, if one or two cars that got nerfed, there will be other cars that get "better", even without any buff to them.
However, the new "problems" will emerge, which are:
1. the stock, or lower score versus the maxxed ones. even tho, dyno and skill will talk louder here.
2. still, some cars inside the class, will dominate others (opinion of Jack aka Bannon)
3. the variations, that feel of how to get better than other players by using the non-meta cars
another thing tho, if im not mistaken,
Bartek stated something like class A is just impossible to be balanced equally to class B, and class B to the rest of the lower classes.
Reason is just the limitation of the engine of GTA San Andreas.
