Change the rules list and we're done with this. We're going round in circles.
If it's a rule then simply put it on the list, it can be done in less than a minute. Right now I don't see how it's fair to give a mute to anyone for a single emoji. It's just dumb and we both know it. You can't give me any logical explanation of why it's a bannable offense rather than "other mods did that before so I do too". Yet they didn't bother to include it on the rules page.
In our case, it wasn't even a "Lenny train" nor "Shrug train" or something like that. If it was, I would understand you completely fine. If some mods on this server can't tolerate *insert any* emoji for whatever reason, regular users should know it from the rules and not learning it from getting random mutes or bans.
Oh, and speaking of being friends with anyone. You should probably know that he's not a dick. I can't think of a better word, sorry, but I've never seen him doing any asshole-ish things such as ramming people "for fun" or saying random shit in global just to piss off others.
