Tekk.. Maybe your idea is not bad... And maybe it will work. But if u want this then make your own server or just wait for 3rd edition of Nfssa, cuz there are to much changes to make if u want to change fully Rp based server to server w/o rp.

I know I it was in past, and there is not problem with number of players, but actually number of player that is racing. Before police update and freerun money, 100 players was enought to make full lobby race in 1min even if that was street-x race.
