Definitely no. I would get instant 200k$ then and i don't want me and many million RP players do so.
Yeah, i would rename it to "Car Unlock Points" so if you have everything unlocked then it will be useless, as it currently is. More fitting and it described itself well. This would also help newbies to not getting confused by how unlocking cars works. Few of them i know afraid to unlock cars because they thought their player RP would decrease by unlocking new cars.
