I know, rain will slow u down, so it will be hard to make top of all time, but u can just try make top times later. Suprise raining in middle of race can be funny ^^ [for eg. 150km bayview URL]

Yes, but if the rain changes the handling, most would not agree with that and complain and the idea is that it does not affect and is only aesthetic, although having rain in the URL would be a bad thing, although good
