The problem is with rendering engine. To fix such thing we woukd have to use HD shapes and disable some important optimisations like DXT compression.
We can't afford that, crew logo is already very heavy system - it looks innocent but it's one of the most demanding systems next to car painting. Players who have problems with FPS can disable crew logo rendering in settings.
