I think getting this car by winning 90 circuits with more than 4 laps would be too easy.

What about 50 Sprints and 90 circuits with more than 6 laps?

maybe 90 long circuits, like palmino route, black vincent , long s haul , etc and at least 5 laps to progress or to beat 50 toptimes by you per class on URL

Actually tt's would be hard *cough* Anod *cough* but 90 long circuits would be good

wouldnt it be just better to replace the current one and getting it in the url is the only logical option i mean since when do you earn a formula in a street race

Making it a bodykit to locust would be easier rather than adding another similar car imo.
