1. In my opinion we should have ghost mode all the time while dueling, random people crashing into you are really ruining it.

I disagree, then when dueling someone with a better vmax than you you won't be able to stop them from overtaking you, they'll just drive straight through. This already happens in regular races, I like having the change of having collisions in Duels. It makes them think about how they drive.

1. Dynamic weather is in plans.

I'd rather it wasn't, for some PCs weather such as fog or rain makes the game lag due to all the particles. For me for example, during rain it is completely unplayable. During fog i get severe lag. My PC isnt even that bad, It just has a problem with SA's particles. Weather effects would make less people able to play on your server.
