So, Ive come back and checked the news on the forums. Does this: https://www.nfssa.net/thread-11378.html mean that the devs have actually taken up my idea and implemented it into the game? Seems so to me, and if it is true, it makes me very happy.

Id be very grateful for an explanation what this change actually did. Whether it narrowed the gap between winners' and losers' rewards (like I requested) or not. Gonna install MTA soon to test it out myself anyway, but any info beforehand will be appreciated.
