Even if you're quite active, your english skills are a bit low for the job imo. Besides that, you were involved in many incidents, even now you get along with some "troublesome guys" and that makes you not trustable at all. You may have good intentions but considering your age and your behavior in chat, you're still a bit inmature. So sadly, it's a no from me.
