You've been very active in past and you're still around these days. Despite we don't know each other too well, I've never seen you doing anything bad to people. I've heard it before that Indonesian chat is a mess and even seen it myself a few times when I had to step in and mute the spammers. The lack of experience isn't a problem when there's other experienced mods who can answer your questions. Gotta wait for more replies/applications but so far I see nothing wrong. Good luck!
